This is the separate guest house on the back of our home's property. This space is fully furnished and is meant for one quiet individual to live in. The guest house is situated at the back end of the property in an enclosed, shared space. ISO an individual who is quiet and will not be hosting people or parties, preferably college student as the home is close to Rhodes. Since this is a shared space, a responsible, considerate renter is critical because our children will be on premises. Absolutely, no smoking anywhere on premises. One person only. Access to pool is possible. If parking needed, only one car (no SUV) on premises at any time in designated parking space. Must be good driver *and* good at parking in tight quarters. WiFi and utilities included. Must have good credit score, pass a background check, and complete a Zillow application.
