Great apartment in the city with a FANTASTIC view! Easy access to everything. The building is right on the streetcar line, downtown is just minutes away, and all major freeways are within a mile. There's some great things in the neighborhood, including Bambuza, Soho Sushi, and the newly opened Little Big Burger. The staff at Riva are great, so friendly and helpful, and somehow they remember you by name! Best part... in unit washer and dryer! This has been a fantastic place for us but we have bought a house. We're looking for somebody to take over the two months left on our lease. You'll have to apply at the office, which means a $42 screening fee per person. You'd have the option to extend the lease at the end of May, we'll have that rate at the end of the month. The rent itself is $1198, water/sewer/garbage runs an average of $30 a month, as does electric. Pets are welcome with an extra $40 pet rent a month, there are some breed restrictions. Deposit would be $600 with no pet and $750 with a pet. This sounds like a lot, but the current rate for our floorplan starts at $1450! So if you were thinking about moving down to this fast growing area this is a great deal. Apartment is unfurnished, we just included pictures with our stuff to give a better idea of size and layout.
