This is an amazing rental opportunity in Washington, D.C. Only a handful of boats at The Wharf Marina are allowed to be rented, and this one is eligible because the owner is in the Foreign Service. I can honestly say this was the best place I have ever lived. I ended up buying my own boat after spending a year here because the community, the atmosphere, and the lifestyle were that incredible. The boat is fully furnished, and the price includes everything except internet. Just move in and enjoy. I'm hoping to find a tenant who will enjoy this experience as much as I did over the past year.
