I hung chandelier type light fixtures in each room. Granite counter tops in kitchen. We have 3 bedrooms and a study. We have a certified and tested shelter inside the garage. It was the largest storm shelter they made. It holds 10 people. Full house generator. 12 x 32 ft. shop building that was built in 2016 and moved at location. All new matching black stainless appliances. Building was finished and house was purchased, Dec. 2017. July 2019 we doubled the size of the back porch. (concrete and brick). We added brick around the pool concrete, we also added more concrete and a flower bed. This was almost $10,000 worth of work. I will add more pictures when we get the back porch completely screened in. I will also take more pictures of the gorgeous concrete and brick work around my pool. The investment was worth it!
