I have a 989 sq. ft. 2 bed/2 bath apartment I want to sublease July 2nd, but no later than July 7th. The lease runs from the day you sublease through December 28th, 2016. It's a great apartment, but my boyfriend and I broke up and I cannot afford the rent by myself, so I have to move. The apartment is on the highest 3rd floor in the complex, so it's nice and private with a large balcony and the apartment has a full size Washer and Dryer in the unit. I will put personal pictures up as soon as I can, just haven't had a chance to. The pictures attached are from the apartment complex website. And I can send some pictures to your email or phone as well in the meantime until I can find a way to post them here. Pets are allowed. No Section 8 allowed
