When an opportunity to buy came along they jumped at the chance to call unit 209 their home & for the past 7 years, it provided all that they needed and more. Here they welcomed their son, Eric, & have used the loft w/ a closet, as a second bedroom. As a family, they would often dine at Los Moles or Paradise Park Café & they loved how close this location was to both Emeryville & Berkeley to shop at Berkeley Bowl West, grab a fresh juice at Hip Hop Juice Box, or have a date night at Townhouse Restaurant.
