This cozy "Mother-In-Law" suite on the back of the house has it's own private entrance and private exit/entry to the back yard. The units are completely separate and there are no shared interior spaces or doors. The back yard and front yard spaces are shared and maintained by our tenant in the front of the house. In the living room you'll find a sofa chaise and comfy arm chair. The kitchen, including a breakfast nook with a table for 4, is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. The bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The loft serves as the second bedroom and features an adjustable futon which sleeps 2, a desk with office chair and 2 fun lounge chairs. The suite has 1 full bathroom and you have private access to a free washer and dryer. Access to the Leon Creek Hike and Bike Trail is just 2 blocks away. 30+ days only. No smoking allowed on property. Mandatory $100 cleaning fee is deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay. All furnishing, utilities and wifi are included.
