Utilities, Housecleaning and yardwork included!
Hi there! We are looking for great housemates to join a friendly, comfortable, and inspiring home in a fantastic vintage house in North Tabor.
This home is shared with an existing long-term primary tenant, which means we prioritize finding the right personality fit and lifestyle compatibility, and are exempt from Portland's "first-come, first-served" rental laws. We are taking the time to connect with potential housemates who resonate with our household.
About Us & Our Home Vibe
My name is Ryan (he/him). I am the property owner and a creative professional working in the visual arts. My housemate, Jim (he/him), works in video game development and is into films, fitness, and hanging out. Jim lives in the home full-time as the primary resident.
We are aiming to foster something more than just a business transaction: a comfortable, respectful, and inspiring place to live. We are looking for mature, communicative housemates with stable employment who value a quiet, clean, and harmonious living environment.
To keep the home peaceful and uncrowded, total house occupancy is strictly capped at four people.
