Charming 1920's home in popular Whittier Heights neighborhood of Ballard. You won't need a car as there are plenty of restaurants, pubs & small grocery stores within a few blocks. For more cafes & shopping Phinney Ridge neighborhood is only a 10 minute walk and a 20-25 minute walk to Ballard. The bus to the city is 1/2 block or an easy bike ride. We are looking for someone that would like to move in around between the 1st -15th of November and stay until the end of February or so but we are flexible with those dates so let us know what your needs are. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes/utensils. JennAir gas range, dishwasher and large refrigerator. French doors out to fully fenced backyard with interesting levels of deck & patio/garden space. There are two bedrooms, however, one bedroom is set up as an office. All utilities are included along with internet plus HULU & Netflix for the Samsung TV. We do not have cable but we do have an antenna that works great and provides many stations. Whittier Heights is a very safe neighborhood. You won't need a car but if you have one there is one off street parking space (garage for storage but a little tight for some cars). There is an apartment in lower level that is currently occupied by one very quiet person. All utilites paid by owner including Internet, Hulu & Netflix
