Let's be honest - this house is a fixer-upper. Pros: hardwood floors in living room. Wood laminate floors and tile upstairs. All of upstairs is master bedroom with bathroom, walk-in closet, whirlpool bathtub, stand-in shower. 2 skylights over whirlpool. A small bit of attic space. Front, side, and decent size backyard. Small side shed attached to house. Cons: Central heating and air do not work. Some windows need replacing. Water damage in back bedroom from leaking window AC unit. Electrical wiring needs to be checked (one outlet doesn't work). The house has a deck, but the wood is old and untreated. Upstairs and downstairs showers need repair. Some wood paneling on outside of house needs replacing. Backyard is a mini forest. Original appliances will require replacing. Kitchen and hallway floors need replacing. My parents have lived in this house for 23 years and have not done much maintenance over the last 15 years. However, the best quality of the house is that the entire upstairs is a nice master bedroom with bathroom, closet, etc.
