Only 5 miles from restaurants, breweries, and shops in Evergreen & Conifer! In addition to countless trailheads and other outdoor activities nearby, the trendy 1-bed, 1-bath home places you just 30 minutes from Red Rocks, under 1 hour to downtown Denver, and within easy access to numerous ski resorts for easy day trips. Walk the property and explore the creek, or sit on the deck and take it all in! *Other than the foyer, the home is all on the 2nd level above the garage. We store things in there and the garage is not available for parking, but we try to keep it so you can hang out with the doors open and use it as a covered patio. The bedroom is large and has a king bed w/2 end tables. There\'s also a dresser for your items. One closet is ours that we keep locked and the other can be used, but is mainly for storage. The kitchen has everything you\'d expect, and the counter overhang serves as the \"dining area\". The living room has a good sized couch, and there\'s a blow up mattress in the cubby by the TV. The outdoor patio is a great place for coffee/hanging out/having a drink. This is our favorite place in the world. We sincerely hope you enjoy it and if you have any feedback for future guests we\'d love to hear it. We also give discounts for repeat guests and would love to have this be a place you come back to regularly! *The windows are great for views, but the Colorado sun is bright. We have a good curtain in the bedroom so it doesn\'t wake you up...sun rises EARLY in the summer here. Keypad on the front door with a back up lock box. You can park in front of either garage door and the driveway is pretty large. We partner with a couple people that help out when we\'re not in town. If we are in town, we\'d love to meet you! We are surrounded on 3 sides by large acreage lots, and on the north side by 1/2-1 acre lot homes. We HIGHLY recommend 4WD vehicle and other than the great walks you can take, you\'ll need a vehicle to get around. Gas station, grocery, and restaurants are all within 5-10 min. You can park anywhere on the driveway. *This is a mountain property and when it snows...it snows. During October through May we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle. While the driveway is pretty flat, it can get pretty difficult to get out of if you don\'t have 4WD. *During the winter months, we have 2 snow plow contractors that come for any snow over 6\". There have been times where they plowed and another foot of snow came down. Please watch the weather carefully. There have been times where we have parked at the end of the driveway just to make sure there were no issues getting out in case the plow couldn\'t come quick enough. *Please explore! The creek is awesome, and so is...\"just looking at the mountains & trees\". There are detailed maps in the photos and with the check-in items showing the property lines. Our neighbors are very nice, but they don\'t like people walking on their property. Also use caution as there is a lot of wildlife out here. We\'ve seen bears, deer, elk, porcupines, foxes, etc... *Our wifi is good enough for streaming, but if multiple people are using, it starts to get overloaded. I don\'t have issues watching TV and checking email, etc...but our internet options are limited up here. That said, we have VERY good cellular and data reception. Contact us to schedule a showing.
