The rent is $825/month. Sq. Ft is 865. I have to move out of town and need to find someone to take over my lease in order to avoid penalty fees for breaking the lease. You would have to apply and be qualified through the apartment community but you would go through me to arrange it. Your rent would be below their current asking rate.
