651 Birch St, # 2, Edmonds, WA 98020

Nice furnished 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Mother-in-law apartment for rent. All utilities, as well as internet, are including. It includes a bedroom, private kitchen, bath, and washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked, however, the tenant will need to provide linens and towels. We are a Christian family looking to rent to someone who is a good communicator, respectful, responsible and easy-going. No smoking, no drugs, and no overnight guests. Because this M-I-L suite is part of our basement, and you enter through our family room, we will only consider women. Please respond if you are interested in setting up an appointment to see the apartment. This rental is for 1 person. We do require a background check. We are planning to rent month to month to make sure it is a good fit for everyone, but apartment is available longer term. All utilities included.
