You must view the interior of the unit before you can put in an application. Office hours 8am to 12 noon and 1pm to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Keys may be kept for 24 hrs except on Friday. Must be returned by 4:30 on Friday. We are not open on the weekends Application Process: Each adult must fill out an application, after viewing the property, with photo ID, SS# and current proof of income (must be income for last 2 months). The fee is $50 cash per adult. At the time the application is turned in we also require a cash binder of 1/2 ($600.00) the first month rent to hold the house. This will be applied to the first month rent or returned if the application is turned down. We do a credit check, rental history check and criminal background check. A security deposit equal to a months rent is requires ($100 is non-refundable leasing fee) that must be paid within 24 hours of the application being approved. The binder will be forfeit if the lease is not signed in 24 hrs or the application changes their mind during the process. This is a one year lease. Tenant pays all utilities and takes care of yard. The driveway will be fixed.
