This grand old home needs a buyer with vision and the ability to restore it to its past elegance. It will need everything, so come prepared to roll up your sleeves. Some demolition has already been started so there is opportunity to reconfigure some rooms or bring back to its original state. This is a large home with the 1st floor featuring 3 fireplaces, hardwood and pine floors, and a bay window. The present room arrangement upstairs would allow for 5 bedrooms; or reconfigure to fit your needs. The 3rd floor walk up attic has lots of storage or could be a secret hideaway. There is also potential in the 2 story attached barn to create a workshop or perhaps a small business area (with town approval). The back yard is level near the house, has great privacy, mature trees and slopes down to frontage on the Ashuelot River - a super spot for a gazebo. This home has so much potential. Bring your ideas and make it yours.
