Our personal home for 10 yrs. Our beautiful home is at a wonderful location. 1 block from a grade school and a middle school and 5 blks from millard south high school. Painting is all fresh and has (whole house including basement) new paint only a month ago new air conditioner and furnace, heater pump 13 months ago, monthly bills are efficient and low about 175 per month. Also within 13 months we have put new disposal and dishwasher. All appliances stay including washer and dryer which are two years old. We have updated every room, all bedrooms have new ceiling fans, all bathroom and kitchen have new counters and water faucets, all rooms have new light fixtures, Our home has been a wonderful low maintenance home for us for 10 yrs.
