Large one bedroom has an open concept living space, four closets A shed, and small office nook with natural light, skylights in bathroom, concrete floors, quiet and safe. The guest house is tucked away behind the front house with a completely private entrance. It's like a secret garden. We are dog friendly, One dog only, no super barky dogs please. Rented unfurnished. Photos with furniture are just for reference and from when we used to air bnb this space. Security deposit is double the rental amount, and can be used towards last months rent. Utilities are split with front house, we have a Sense monitor on the water and power reader that tells what percentage each house is using. We haven't had any issues with splitting utilities. Tenant Pays all utilities, must have renters insurance, must sign liability waver for pets.
