Apartment is located on the far side of the garage from the main house on the property that we live in. Apartment has its own entrance, parking space, and its own patio completely separate and out of view from the main house. No pets allowed (please don't ask.) All utilities included (water, electric, internet, trash, plowing.) Apartment available after October 12, 2026. Looking for a 4-6.5 month lease (available until end of May.) Open to shorter term rental in October/November depending on interest.
