Broadmoor Village is actually Unincorporated Colma, San Mateo County Land - NOT Daly City. We have our very own police Department, are under the jurisdiction of the County for Roads, etc., are in the Colma Fire Protection District and if you want Building Permits, you need to go to the County Seat, Redwood City Building and Planning Department for this. Broadmoor Village was built from about 1945 through 1950 by Stoneson, prior to Westlake being built and it consists of all residential, mostly single family, single story or split level homes. There are approximately 1285 homes in the Broadmoor Village and Garden Village unincorporated areas.
