Room has a walk-in closet, Queen bed, 2 dressers, etc. Bathroom is shared but has separate rooms for sinks and toilet/tub. Neighborhood is gated with pool, little gym, is a mile from 400 & 285, and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants & #87 bus line. Washer/Dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen and furnished house including bedding and towels. Looking for a responsible long-term roommate with a clean background check. Ideal roommate will keep the kitchen clean, be kind to the cat, and never smoke. I am allergic, so you must move out if I smell smoke.
