On the PBOT bike route, 0.5mi to Springwater corridor and 0.5mi to the Green Line Lents Towncenter Max Station (and nearby I-205). Large egress window with plenty of natural light, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, ample storage space, built in desk area, and well-regulated heating and cooling. We (the homeowners) live upstairs with our 4 year old rescue dog, 2.5 year old son and are expecting a baby at the end of September. The house had multiple modern renovations in 2021 but the early 20th-century floor trusses can still squeak and sometimes there can be noise bleed between levels. A few other quirks: The bathroom has a macerator toilet, which has had zero issues, but takes a little getting use to. The hot water heater for the entire property is located in the basement utility space, as well as the electrical breaker box for our garage, so we may need to request occasional quick access or have you reset the breaker for us. $40 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant and $750 security deposit due with first month's rent at lease signing.
