One-story rancher in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, less than a block from great Birdville elementary and middle schools. New range and dishwasher. Interior just painted, and carpet installed only a few years back. (We have no kids or indoor pets, and we rarely wear shoes indoors, so we're pretty easy on carpet.) The original AC unit was replaced several years ago with a larger unit, so it doesn't strain to keep the home cool. We have it maintained twice yearly.
