There's a bathroom on this level as well. On the deck, a 6 person hot tub awaits after a day on the slopes or the lake. In summer, there's a gas grill available too. In the yard, a fun playhouse with swing set, slide and mini climbing wall is ready for the kids. Two car garage is available for renters' use too. An easy walk on scenic trails leads to the North Tahoe Regional Park, which offers a variety of all season activities including a treetop adventure course, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking and biking trails, disc golf course, kids' playground, and when snow levels allow, snowshoeing, sledding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. Nearby attractions include miniature golf, 9 hole golf course, shops, restaurants and, of course, the gorgeous "Big Blue" lake, beaches, and world-class skiing / snowboarding that make Lake Tahoe famous. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Downstairs, Twin Bunk Bed and Twin Bed Bedroom 2 - Downstairs, King Bed Bedroom 3 - Upstairs, Queen Bed and Double Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. Please note that this property has a noise devise that monitors excessively loud noises per county compliance. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) strong Chains or snow tires are often required in winter. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus first and last two month's rent is due before Move-In. Please note, this is equal to FOUR MONTHS' RENT DUE BEFORE MOVE IN. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. For shorter ski leases, utilities will be negotiated. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
