Great neighbors and easy front of house street parking as well as a large 2-car garage for parking and storage. While we have close access to 6th Ave we DO NOT hear highway traffic from our house due to the elevation change, and 6th Ave sits much lower and is well below sound barrier walls along the area near our house.
