I am moving temporary abroad to care for my elderly mother and will be out of the country for at least 6 months, possibly longer. The lease for the condo is 6 months minimum. My condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo and my bedroom- the master bedroom with its on-suite bathroom will be off limits and locked. You will have your own bedroom, full size bathroom and full access to the kitchen, the living and dining room. Your bedroom opens up to a very large balcony with views of the mountains and open space and it is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind at sunset. My condo is nicely furnished and I am looking for someone who will care for it like it is their own. The area is very quiet, my condo is on the top floor, end unit, only one common wall, has high cellings and it faces the mountains and open space behind our property Our complex has 2 recreation areas, each with a pool and a jacuzzi, also 2 tennis courts, gym, sauna and a racket ball court and you will have access to all. Parking is in your own assigned parking space in a carport which is right in front of my entrance. Oak park is a very safe neighborhood tucked in between Agoura hills and Westlake has lots of public parks and lots of hiking trails, access to Chesboro, Palo Comado, China Flats trails is just down the street. Lots of great restaurants in the area, The Canyon Club in Agoura is a great concert venue. Just a short drive over the Santa Monica mountains are Zuma Beach, Point Dume , and Malibu. Lease duration 6 months No smoking in the condo and anywhere on the condo complex grounds. No pets allowed Utilities included in the rent: Cable , High speed internet, Gas, Landscaping, Trash, Sewer Utilities not included in the rent: Water, Electricity Tenant to follow all the HOA rules, fine imposed by the HOA for violations varies between $100 to $500 . HOA rules will be supplied to tenant at the Lease Agreement signing.
