The house is in a great location close to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and very close to the TPC golf course. Enjoy some of the excellent dining and shopping options nearby, head out to a local reserve to go hiking and mountain biking, and see the animals at Phoenix Zoo. There are two parking spots in the driveway and there are no restrictions on street parking. Minimal street traffic and with such close proximity to so many dining and entertainment options you are a $5 Uber or Lyft ride away if you don't have transportation.
