The home is cozy with a gas fireplace, two upstairs bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One is upstairs, and a large bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower with 3 shower heads. It has a laundry room with new washer and dryer, a nice big deck in the backyard, a hot tub, and a nice grass front and back yard. The house is fully furnished. Has all the cooking utensils you will need, all the bedding you will need, comfortable furniture to relax in and it is a quiet place to live. It is in a great location. Only 10 minutes away from downtown Portland, easy access to our Peninsula Park, the oldest park in the city, and public transportation is just a few steps from the door. Rent and refundable deposit is due at signing. Rent is due on the first of the month. Venmo payment application needed to pay. No smoking in the home; no cigs or weed smoking in the home. Renters must clean up after dog in yard. Street parking only Refundable pet deposit of $500 due at signing. Cleaning fee: $350 All utilities included. (streaming services extra if wanted)
