BEFORE INQUIRING, PLEASE NOTE: This property is primarily used as a vacation rental property from November to April so those months are NOT available. We are looking for tenants from May 1 to October 15 (possibly to October 31) ONLY. Lease options are flexible for those dates only. This condo is located in beautiful Superstition Lakes Condominium complex and is a fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom unit that is close to shopping, restaurants, cinemas and activities for everyone. There is an attached garage with room for 1 small to mid-size vehicle. A beautiful community pool and hot tub is just a 3 minute walk away. It's location close to major freeways makes it very easy to get around. There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the premises. NO PARTIES are permitted and noise levels must be respectful of the neighbors at all times. NO PETS are permitted. Owner pays for telephone, cable, internet and $80/month of electricity. Tenant will pay full rent on the 3rd of every month and whatever electricity is in excess of $80/month. Tenant must pay a $150 cleaning bill at the end of their stay or it can be deducted out of the security deposit. If the cleaning bill is determined to be in excess of $150, that amount will be deducted from the security deposit. For any tenant who is renting for three months or longer, we reserve the right to inspect the property at any point (with 24 hours notice). There is also the option to have regular cleaning services provided for a cost and to be arranged directly with our property manager.
