A large bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo serves this floor. Head down to the basement to enjoy the game room, complete with a shuffleboard table, two arcade games, and a smart TV with a classic N64. A full pullout couch provides additional sleeping space. This level also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small workout area with yoga mats and free weights. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it's a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Located in Parma Heights, this home is close to a variety of restaurants, shopping options, downtown Cleveland, and the airport. Enjoy a comfortable stay with plenty of entertainment options in a prime location! Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats are allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
