Very nice place for small family (somewhat limited on occupancy to fit septic system size). Refrigerator and stove provided, nice cabinet space. No one above or below you like an apartment. Heat pump provides more economical energy usage. Must be quiet family to suit neighborhood standards. Water and Sewer included. Deposit will be based on a longer stay but lease will be auto renewing month to month.
