I am a retired healthcare worker and Looking for an elderly female roommate, I am renting 1 furnished bedroom in my home, 1.5 bathrooms, kichen dining room living room open floor plan, 2 car garage, all utilities included, home is all furnished, plowing is also included in the winter. It will be shared accommodations mostly in the spring and summer months I travel to Florida in the winter and return in the spring. My neighbor will be around if something needs to be done and will contact me while I'm gone if needed. Trash and recycle trash goes out by the road every Friday, trash needs to be in recycle green bags only, can be purchased at IGA or Hannafords in Old Town, No dogs or cats insurance reasons and also some allergies. No Drugs or smoking on the property. You are allowed a Visitor no longer than 7 days after 7 days they will be charged a rental fee of 80.00 per night. When I'm in Florida for the winter my neighbor is there to take care of the house if needed.
