Beautiful ocean view unit with a long driveway in a very nice neighborhood. This unit is a separate unit apart from the Main House, in-law suite / apartment setup. It has its own full kitchen, AC, heating unit, water heater, thermostat. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms ( 1 downstairs 1 upstairs). The unit layout is designed for a single or family plan, not suitable for roommate situation. Washer and dryer are in the house, but you are welcome to bring your own. We give you a $50 utilities credit each month, you just need to pay whatever is beyond that. Tons of off-street parking spaces, but if you need a garage space, it is additional $125/month per parking space inside the garage, and it does come with clicker/remote. Pets are welcome, but it will be a one time non-refundable $200 pet fee per pet. The rent rate is based on 1 year lease term. We can also do 6 or 9 month term with a higher monthly rent. Additional photos towards the end is the ocean, dock, boardwalk, private beach access in the community park within walking distance, does not belong to this house. $40 non refundable application fee. Move in requires prorated first month, last month's rent and security deposit
