We are looking for someone to rent our spacious downstairs bedroom in our house. We are a small family of 3, all independent, hardworking, and always looking to improve our home so we can enjoy it to the fullest. BBQ grills, Forman grills, toaster ovens, and other portable cooking units can be used for indoor and outdoor cooking, as appropriate. First and last month's, as well as a $1,000 security deposit, can be paid at move-in or incrementally for the first months. $200 non-refundable pet deposit per individual pet. This deposit goes towards any repairs being made as a result of pet.
