Nestled between the best historic neighborhoods in Atlanta, Grant Park and Cabbagetown, our pocket-sized, furnished 1bd/1ba home has everything you need for the perfect stay. Walkability is a 10 with local coffee shops and restaurants just blocks to the Atlanta Beltline. There are many parks to enjoy within walking distance, including the city's oldest cemetery, which happens to be our favorite place to go. The bedroom has a queen bed with Leesa mattress, a dresser and hanging area. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower with rainshower head and a washer dryer. Kitchen includes a 24" fridge, 2-burner induction range and a Breville smart oven. There is a front porch and patio for your private use, as well as off street parking. There is a spiral staircase to the bedroom loft as well as two steps to the front door. I live in the main house on the property. The guest house has its own entrance on its own street with private parking. Ideally for someone in town for a few months for work, but open to longer term depending on the situation since there isn't a ton of storage space. Cleaning service every two weeks which is includes fresh bedding and towels. All utilities included (wifi, electrical, water, yard maintenance). I live in the main house and am available for whatever you need but also will give you privacy and want you to feel like it's your home. Month-to-month or custom length is fine. A short-term lease agreement will be provided. No smoking.
