Bus line 9 has a station in front of complex. Bus line 16 is two minutes walk from the complex. Light rail RTD line W, Lamar station is three minutes walk from the complex. It took 15 minutes for me to go from the Lamar station to the downtown hassle free of finding parking for my car over there. It is so convenient. The Walmart supermarket is 5 minutes driving away located at Colfax and Wordsworth ave. Home depot is three minutes away by walk as well. There are two parking lots dedicated for each unit (one in front and one back of building). There are also plenty of guess parking lots you can use. The place has two bed rooms and one complete bath. Bedrooms and bath are located at second floor. The first floor has the cozy dining room and the kitchen. Both Century link and Comcast has coverage at this location. I left my century link modem - rotor in the place. You can use it if you decide to go with Century link. There are four storage rooms in the building, one in smaller bedroom, two inside the master bedroom, and one under the stairs by the kitchen. There is laundry machine in the unit and also one in the site. You have access to use both. The property has been reconstructed two weeks ago; including brand new carpet, brand new laminate for kitchen, newly painted. Bath and toilette have be renewed as well.
