Designated areas outside can be used but must be away from any window or door. No candles or any other burning items. House Supplies: Tenants are responsible for their bathroom's toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Landlord handles general cleaning supplies and household needs like lightbulbs for the public areas. Any items purchased for the house by Tenant with Landlord's agreement will be reimbursed by Landlord. Receipts must be provided. Rooms are single occupancy only. No pets, no overnight guests besides pre-approved immediate family. Rent includes access to all public areas of the house including living room, kitchen, laundry room and a full bath. Room Cleanliness and Pest Prevention: Tenants are required to maintain their rooms in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent the attraction and harborage of pests. Regular cleaning practices should include, but are not limited to, disposing of trash properly, cleaning up food spills immediately, and avoiding clutter that can harbor pests. If pest control becomes necessary due to negligence, the responsible tenant will be charged for the cost of pest eradication services. Each Tenant will be responsible for washing, drying, and putting away their own dishes and other kitchen items. All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away within 24 hours of use. Kitchen counters, stoves, tables, and the sink must be cleaned after use.
