Greatest neighborhood and wonderful schools. Newly painted, appliances, an oversized carport and great size storage shed. Has a very nice deck to see the sunsets and watch nature at its finest. Owner pays for water, tenant covers other utilities. I put a 6 month lease but am happy to lease longer if needed. No guests allowed longer than 14 days w/o consent form landlord. The property is large and beautiful, however it cannot be used as storage for broken down vehicles or friends RVs or Boats.
