We apologize for the mess. We had a sudden death, and are trying our best to clean up. The home is still occupied. Hone could use some TLC, needs roof repair/shingles and paint or new siding. The two trailers and two dumpsters will be gone. This property is 2.25 acres, located just south of Alden with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and built in 1964. There is a second bath in the basement with shower and deep scrub sink, but shower is not walled in. Lots of hardwood floors, and a high efficiency wood burner and gas furnace. Newer (2001) pole building- still dirt floor, but excellent shape. We are not sure of the finished sq. footage. This home has many nice shade trees our family has fellowshiped under to enjoy a beautiful day. New septic in 2010 and new electrical panel around that same time.
