This unit is on the 3rd floor and is located on the same level as the community terrace, with community grill. Hardly no one uses the terrace or grill, so it feels like an expansion to my own living area! In-unit laundry is included. Base rent is $1765, common area electric is $30, and trash is $35. The total due each month is $1830 all in. The lease runs through 12/12/2025, with the option to renew at the end. You must be approved by the property management. I will PAY YOU a $1,000 bonus if you sign the takeover to start May 1. The apartment is available for showing NOW, but cannot move in until May 1. I am buying a house and really need someone to take over this great 1 bed apartment. Free parking is in the community garage across the street from Pins. There is a skybridge with direct access to the apartments for those rainy days. If desired, you can get a reserved spot in the garage from the property manager. I've never had trouble finding a spot to park. Pets are allowed, but I know there is a fee. I don't have any pets, so you would have to ask about it.
