The dining room has seating for four, with extra chairs available. The home features three bedrooms with one king and two queen beds, all equipped with quality mattresses to ensure a restful sleep. Parking is convenient with a one-car garage, driveway, and free street parking. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time pet fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for stays over 30 nights, prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Reynoldsburg is a small, welcoming town that is close to everything yet distinct and charming. With modern amenities in the new development along the Route 256 corridor, Olde Reynoldsburg retains the charm of a historic small town. The location is close to the airport and not far from Intel and other major developments on the east side of Columbus. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
