Take over my lease 3/1/16 to 5/30/16 or just sign a new lease. Beautiful, big apartment in Rogers Park just two blocks from the Loyola Red line, and a block from the wonderful Devon Market. I currently use the living room as a dance studio and use the dining room as my living room, with room for a small table. I'm leaving a wall of mirrors about 9 ft wide, so the space is great for dancers and performers. My wifey and I just purchased a home and we need to be out 2/29, but we could negotiate leaving 3/15 and we could split March's rent. High ceilings, lots of windows, hard wood floors, the sun porch great and full of windows (but still has a radiator), its a corner unit and its on the second floor of a double three flat. We have a large common bricked over back yard with plenty of space for bbq-ing, but you still get to have your own back porch for plants. Heat is included and I'll leave the 2 year old window units in the studio and dining room. The unit also comes with a storage closet in the basement that is about 5x9, there is a laundry room in the basement, and there is a separate basement space to park your bikes indoors behind a locked door.
