Lease terms are identical to my current lease and can be shared upon request. The unit comes with one assigned parking spot (garage) free of charge. Additional information of the apartment complex can be found here: Floor plan: A2, 1st floor I moved here 3 years ago when the building first opened. Amenities, staff, building quality are all top notch. If it wasn't for personal reasons I would stay here for another 3 years most certainly. Rent is significantly lower compared to new leases for the same floor plan (~$3,800). Utilities run at around ~$180/month including PG&E, trash, water, heat, internet/tv Lease transfer (11 months), renewable afterwards for 12 months or month-to-month
