Near downtown Nevada City. Older home but nice kitchen. Has any small fenced yard. Not far from downtown Nevada City. Definitely don't want partiers or drama. It's a very large property and I'm building a house next door. Trying to think of ways to landscape the front and improve Street appearance. Lots of off street parking and a metal storage building. I checked the pet okay box but it really depends on the pet and how well behaved it is. Usually I do month to month to allow the renter to leave when you need to but charge a fee if they leave before a year.
