Supermarkets nearby (8 min walk) New York Sports Club (5 min walk) Walkable to the very popular shopping and restaurant strip on Austin Street. We signed a 2 year lease but just had a baby a few months ago and need to upgrade from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment so will be needing to break our lease.
