When you enter the apartment on your right you have a dinning room or office and left you have a kitchen with a open wall to the living room. The huge living room has a balcony outside of it. The bedroom can easily fit a queen or possibly a king bed. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for electricity (heating, cooling, and appliances) as well as cable/internet. Unfortunately we don't allow cats or dogs at this property.
