The Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with no issues. Kids may come out and play in the extended driveway with basketball hoop or play in the street with other children. The space is located above the garage of our home with it's own Private entrance and parking. The studio can accommodate 4 individuals. 2 on queen size bed and 2 on Sofa bed. Property boast Large fenced in back yard, if like to catch some sun, read a book or take nap. There are many great restaurants to chose from of all liking. Entertainment is endless for adults and children. During the evening time property is well lighted for guest safety. The property has an area for outside dining. There is a Gas and Charcoal BBQ grill for guest to use. We currently offer 90 day minimum stay for this Studio apartment. 90 day minimum
