We are PCSing overseas for three years and need someone to take care of our home for us. It has three bedrooms upstairs, plus a den downstairs that we use as a guest room. We are flexible with landscaping maintenance arrangements, but are looking for someone who will enjoy this property while we are away. The house is at the end of a street with zero through traffic. Our neighbors are friendly and the kids love to wander the neighborhood playing during the long, Pacific Northwest summer days. The property is also in the amazing CK School District. You will feel as if you are out in the country, but you can drive to Costco, Safeway, and Walgreens in around five minutes. The shipyard and Bangor are within a 15 minute commute, and the ferries are nearby as well. Utilities are low for this size of house as it is well-insulated and the summers are mild.
