The house needs work. I have done a lot but it is to much of a project that I can take on by myself. It has a lot of potential and I love the 10 ft ceilings in the living room the entire house used to be 10 ft ceilings but the rest of the house ceilings was dropped 2 ft. It has the main living room, a second bedroom with two entrances into it, a laundry room, a bathroom that was pulled out because I was going to remodel it, a dining room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, the master bedroom that has a bathroom of its own currently it's the only bathroom but the plumbing in the second bathroom is still there. the plumbing has been updated with pex but there is still work to be done on it.
