There are two bedrooms on the lower level and one large bedroom on the second level. Each bedroom has its own bath. The downstairs level is hardwood and tile and the master suite has a tub and walk-in shower plus two large closets for him and her. The Enclave is very close to Auburn University, and local schools. The hot water is tankless and always available and the gas stove nice to cook on. The townhouse does not have a refrigerator but that is negotiable. Renter is responsible for all utilities except irrigation which is paid for by owner. The townhouse is a no smoking/no vaping property. There is a pet deposit for pets that are acceptable to owner.
