It is perfect for raising a family because of the wonderful park out back. The park is surrounded by homes, so it is secluded and mostly used by neighbors. It has never been noisy. Many of the folks who live here--who don't have kids--have told me they enjoy watching mine play. There is a walking trail that many neighbors take advantage of (we love it too). We have all the benefits of country living (minus the odors) with the benefits of a small town and also the benefits of being close to shopping and the city of Lancaster. Our neighbors are friendly and thoughtful.
